Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and related billing adjustments are handled for services and digital products offered by BBO Marketing (“we,” “our,” “us”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. By engaging our services or purchasing any product, you agree to the terms below.
◆ Scope & Applicability
This Policy applies to all engagements with BBO Marketing, including strategy, branding, design, development, digital marketing services, advertising execution, consulting, retainers, training, institutional programs, and digital products. Where an MSA/SOW exists, its refund terms prevail.
₹ MSME Act Compliance & Payment Terms
BBO Marketing is registered under the MSMED Act, 2006. Buyers must make payments within 45 days (or 15 days if no term is agreed). Delays attract compound interest at 3× the RBI rate. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal.
◎ Refund Eligibility — Services
Most service fees are non-refundable once work begins. Pre-kickoff cancellations may qualify for a partial refund after deducting admin and gateway charges. Retainers require 30-day notice.
▣ Refund Eligibility — Digital Products
All digital product sales are final once delivered. If technical issues occur, contact us within 7 days for assistance; refunds may be issued if access cannot be restored.
□ Client-Initiated Cancellations
Email cancellations to your account manager and copy accounts@bbomarketing.online. Work completed up to cancellation remains billable.
✦ BBO-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel or pause services for reasons such as non-payment or unlawful requests. Refunds apply only to unearned advances.
↺ Refund Method & Timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (Razorpay or PayPal). Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval. Refunds are generally credited to the customer’s account within five to seven (5–7) working days after processing, depending on the customer’s bank. International settlements may take longer. Gateway charges, FX differences, chargeback penalties, and platform commissions are non-refundable.
◇ Non-Refundable Components
Non-refundable: discovery workshops, strategy documents, produced assets, stock purchases, media spend, influencer/talent fees, domains/hosting, subscriptions, and payment gateway charges.
◎ Partial Refunds, Credits & Rescheduling
Unused fees may convert to service credits valid for 90 days. Training sessions may be moved to future cohorts subject to availability.
! Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing chargebacks without contacting us may be treated as a policy breach. Evidence of work, approvals, and communication will be submitted in disputes. Direct resolution is encouraged.
✈ International Clients & FX
Refunds for PayPal/card payments will be processed in the original currency when possible. FX differences and cross-border charges are non-refundable.
