We do not exaggerate results, fabricate performance reports, manipulate data, or mislead clients for commercial gain. We honor the trust placed in us and undertake only work we can deliver with integrity and expertise.
◎ Intellectual Property, Ownership & Copyright
All strategies, designs, content, branding elements, code, templates, and campaign structures created or provided by BBO Marketing remain our intellectual property until full project payment is received. Once fully paid, ownership is transferred as defined in agreement. Until payment is cleared, no work may be published, modified, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes. All work delivered by BBO Marketing is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). Unauthorized usage is a legal violation and may result in legal action including compensation and statutory interest.
◻ No Plagiarism / Original Work Commitment
Our work is original, created uniquely for each client. We do not reuse confidential frameworks, creative assets, branding systems, or paid marketing strategies between clients. We do not plagiarize or copy external agencies’ work. All educational and informational content on our website is fact-checked and verified as outlined in our Verification & Fact-Checking Policy.
✦ Confidentiality, NDA & Subcontractors
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business information, strategy insights, brand assets, and access credentials shared with us. We collaborate with highly skilled freelancers and subcontractors who assist in execution of specialized tasks. These individuals are not employees of BBO Marketing but serve as extensions of our capability. Each subcontractor signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), confidentiality agreement, and intellectual property transfer agreement before accessing any client-related material. Confidentiality remains effective even after the project has ended.
⧉ Advertising, Promotion & Affiliate Transparency
We promote tools, platforms, and software only after personal evaluation. Some recommendations may generate referral or affiliate commissions; however, commissions do not influence our content, choices, suggestions, or editorial positioning. We always disclose affiliate relationships transparently in accordance with our Publishing Principles and our Privacy Policy.
↗ MSME Compliance — Ethical Financial Conduct
BBO Marketing is legally registered under the MSME Development Act (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-KR-03-0393966). Clients who engage services must make payment within forty-five days from the invoice date, or fifteen days if no written agreement exists. Delay beyond this period automatically triggers compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate, which cannot be claimed as a business expense under the Income Tax Act. Ethical business includes ethical payment behavior.
∞ Consent-Based Communication & Data Ethics
When a user contacts BBO Marketing or submits information through forms or scheduling systems, they voluntarily agree to receive business communication from us, which may include email, WhatsApp, or phone communication regarding project execution. We do not sell or trade personal data. Data usage, storage, and retention follow our Privacy Policy.
