This Actionable Feedback Policy defines how BBO Marketing receives, evaluates, and responds to feedback regarding our published content. Feedback helps us refine our work and ensures the information we share remains accurate, valuable, and trustworthy.

We value feedback that helps us improve clarity, correctness, or relevance of published information. Feedback may relate to inaccuracy, outdated data, misinterpretation, or anything that may require refinement. This policy applies to articles, blog posts, case studies, downloadable content, and any material published by BBO Marketing. Our goal is to enable responsible dialogue and continuous improvement while upholding our Publishing Principles.

Every feedback submission undergoes evaluation to understand whether it addresses a factual error, clarity issue, or a difference of interpretation. We distinguish between opinions and verifiable inaccuracies. Content is updated only when feedback is supported by credible evidence. All evaluations follow the editorial standards described in our Verification & Fact-Checking Policy.

If feedback results in an update, we revise the article and add an update note at the bottom of the content. This confirms transparency and ensures readers understand that the information has changed. For material changes that may affect user decision-making, we provide an explanation of what was updated and why. The escalation and correction structure is governed by our Corrections Policy.

Feedback helps us refine, but it never dictates our editorial independence. We do not modify content based on commercial bias, sponsorship influence, or stakeholder pressure. Feedback should be clear, specific, and preferably include reference material supporting the suggested correction. Anonymous submissions are accepted, provided they include supporting evidence. We do not respond to abusive, defamatory, spam, or promotional submissions. All feedback is reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and updates are made after verification.
